Why we exist
Most businesses that could benefit from IoT never get a straight answer about it — either they're sold more hardware than they need, or told it's too complicated to bother with. Zenvora Solution was started to close that gap: plain scoping, honest quotes, and systems sized to what a business actually needs to see or control.
We work directly with owners and site managers, not through layers of sales. If a sensor won't earn its cost back, we'll say so before you buy it.

3. Quotes & payment
- Quotes are based on the site conditions and requirements known at the time of scoping. Material changes to scope after a site visit may affect the final price.

- Prices for hardware may vary with supplier costs and will be confirmed before purchase.
4. Installation & site access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site for scoping, installation, and support visits, and to disclose any known hazards, restricted areas, or electrical conditions in advance.
5. Warranty & support
Installed hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Installation workmanship issues reported within a reasonable period after handover will be corrected at no additional labour cost. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, power surges, or events outside our control is not covered.
6. Connectivity & third-party services
Systems that depend on mobile networks, Wi-Fi, or third-party cloud/messaging platforms (including WhatsApp) may be affected by outages or changes outside our control. We will assist with reasonable troubleshooting but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party service availability.
7. Limitation of liability
Zenvora Solution will carry out work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the value paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit) arising from system downtime or connectivity failure.
8. Cancellations
Either party may cancel a project before installation begins; any costs already committed for ordered hardware or completed scoping work may be charged. Cancellation terms after installation has begun are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
